We are members of the National Residential Landlords Association, an organisation which ‘seeks a fair and regulatory environment for both landlord and tenant.’

We manage over 30 properties in the West Midlands, 20 of which were developed by Sovereign Estates.

We provide a 24 hour mobile phone support service to ensure our tenants feel looked after and supported during those unexpected ‘out of hours’ emergencies.

We work closely with a register of reliable trades people from initial development and management, to ensure excellence in safety, comfort and efficiency.

With an office in the Black Country, we are able to provide the hands-on approach to property management that we pride ourselves on. The absence of a third party management company means that we are able to make immediate decisions that impact on your home.
